Description

The color green abounds everywhere. Often when we’re painting a subject in green, we’ll reach for a tube of green or mix a yellow and blue, but there’s another way to create a lovely green without using either blue or green paint. In this video, Dianne shows you how to explore black with yellow and white to make a variety of rich greens. Note: The techniques used here are applicable with oils, acrylics and gouache. This principle of color mixing can be adapted to watercolor.
